How does this work?
STEP 01: WE RESEARCH YOUR PROPERTY
Once you submit this form we will begin our review process. We the do some research to verify information, check comparable sales etc.. and .
STEP 02: WE PRESENT YOU WITH AN OFFER
Once we have verified your property details and check that it meets our buying criteria, we will work up an offer to purchase your land and contact you to discuss the offer.
STEP 03: WE SEND YOU AN AGREEMENT
If you agree with our offer and want to move forward, we will prepare a basic purchase agreement. Typically we use a very simple digital-signature platform to save both of us the time and hassle of having to send mail back and forth. However, if you prefer not to do this digitally we will gladly mail via traditional postal services.
STEP 04: WE OPEN ESCROW
Once we’ve received your signed agreement, we will begin our title examination on the property. We have a large network of established title companies, real estate attorneys, and real estate title professionals that will research the title to your property and help to arrange a closing. All that is required from you will be a couple of signatures. You will not need to travel to complete the sale and we will pay all closing costs.
STEP 05: Getting PAID!
Once we have completed our title examination and have established that there is clear title to the property, we will coordinate with you to set up closing. A title professional will prepare the necessary documents for you to sign, notarize, and return to them. Once the signed and notarized documents are received, the agreed upon funds are distributed and you get paid! Our process is simple, straightforward, and typically can take less than 4 week from start to finish.
